Four Ace Texas Hold Em Poker Card Hand

Texas Hold em Poker is one of the most popular forms of Poker. It is a bit difficult for beginner but the fact is that this game fascinates most beginners. Texas Hold’em Poker is not only the game of luck. There are many other factors that count. Regular practice can make a novice an expert. If you are a beginner don’t worry the set of rules; strategy and tips will help you learn quickly.

Texas Hold’em is a deceivingly easy game to learn but a tougher game to master.

Initially, each Texas Hold’em player is given two cards each. Later, round by round, five cards are turned up on the board. These are the common cards or the Community cards. The players then have to make the best five card hand using a combination of these seven cards.

Start
The game starts with the Players beginning the first round of betting by putting in a Blind bet each. Blind bets are made before the players get a chance to see any of the two cards they have in hand.

Then the actual gaming session begins, with the players playing the second round of betting based on the two cards, dealt face down to each player. These initial two cards are known as “Private Cards”, and are not supposed to be revealed to any other player accept the one who holds them.

In the first round, if you do not want to fold, you must call or raise the blind bet.

Flop - After the first round of “Blind” betting is complete, the players can then look at their respective Private cards. Followed by which, three “Shared” or “Community” cards are dealt face up in the center of the table. These three cards are known as the 'Flop' cards. And after these Flop cards are dealt, another round of betting takes place. On this and every consecutive round, players place a bet and also have an option of Folding, Calling, Raising, or Re-raising the current bets.

Turn - Following the Flops, a fourth Community or Shared card is dealt face up in the center of the table. This card is known as the 'Turn'. After the turn is dealt, one more round of betting takes place.

The bet after the turn begins again with the first player to the left of the dealer, starting another betting round.

River - After completing the betting round for the Turn, subsequently the dealer turns a fifth and final card face up, placing it on the center of the table. This card is called the "River". This card leads us to the final betting round.

Showdown - To conclude the game and determine a winner, the players have to make any combination of five cards in total, from their two Private cards and the five Shared or Community cards on the Table to form a five-card hand combination with the highest value.

But in case you are betting on the combination of all the five Community cards displayed on the center of the table, Beware! Remember that these are Shared cards. If you are making a combination with them, then your other fellow players would be doing the same too. This would result in splitting the pot at the end of the game.

Therefore, it is always a safer option to make such a combination, which has at least one of your two Private cards playing a vital role in it, along with the Shared cards.
